How To Participate
In order to participate in the Europe, Middle East and Africa Compensation Data Bank (CDB) High Tech Executive Database, you will need to follow the below steps.
Typically, the process from registering your interest to accessing the data can take about 2-3 weeks per country, though this time per country is substantially reduced for multiple countries.

Register your interest
Complete the order form with your organisation’s details. A member of our team will contact you to let you know that your application has been accepted and provide you with details of the next steps. Order Form Send your completed registration form to: europeandatabases@towersperrin.com |

Begin Submitting Data
With your Application Acceptance email you will receive a copy of the data input spreadsheet as well as a link to our Survey Homepage which contains the Participant Guide and Data Input instructions. To download the survey materials, enter the key included in your Application Acceptance email. If you did not receive an acceptance email, or you're having problems entering your Download Key, please contact us. As part of the data submission process you will need to meet with a Towers Perrin representative for an Introductory/Job Matching Meeting. Access Results
European database product offerings are available to survey participants only. Once your data has been submitted, reviewed and approved, you will be able to access the results. Survey results are available either through Comp OnlineTM Custom Analysis or Published Reports depending on which choice you selected in your application form. |
