How to Participate
In order to participate in the Europe, Middle East and Africa CDB High Tech Middle Management, Professional and Support Database, you will need to follow the below steps.
Typically, the process from registering your interest to accessing the data can take about 2-3 weeks per country, though this time per country is substantially reduced for multiple countries.

Register your interest
Complete the order form with your organisation’s details. In addition, you will need to register to attend an Introduction to Survey and Comp Online Training Meetings. A member of our team will contact you to let you know that your application has been accepted and provide you with details of the next steps. Begin Submitting Data
With your Application Acceptance email, you will receive a copy of the data input spreadsheet for the countries for which you are submitting data. Please populate the data input spreadsheets with your compensation data - you can use the Participant Guide to help you complete the spreadsheet. To download your Participant Guide and other survey materials, you will need to enter the key provided to you by Towers Perrin. If you did not receive the Download Key, or if you are having problems entering it, please contact us. As part of the data submission process you will need to attend a Introductory/Job Match Meeting (which is mandatory for new participants and new company representatives). Access Results
European database product offerings are available to survey participants only. Once your data has been submitted, reviewed and approved, you will be able to access the results. Survey results are available either through Comp OnlineTM Custom Analysis or Published Reports depending on which choice you selected in your application form. |
