The HR Delivery Solutions practice helps companies — and their HR
functions — deliver services to the organization efficiently and
cost-effectively to achieve maximum return on their investment in employee
programs and HR systems.
We provide strategic counsel and hands-on assistance across the entire
spectrum of HR. This includes developing eHR, administration and technology
strategies, designing and deploying processes, tools and Web applications, and
implementing systems (whether insourced or outsourced). In all our work, we seek
the right balance between the needs of the business and employees, and address
both current and emerging financial and technological realities.
Services include:
- helping the HR function redefine its mission, structure and
operations in an increasingly technological and cost-sensitive environment
- establishing HR metrics for the function and the organization to
ensure relevancy to business needs and to improve the value HR delivers in
tangible ways

benefit enrollment, rewards management, health management, and performance and
