Tools for Measuring Engagement

  • Talent Management Index™ - A national database that addresses employees’ points of view on a broad range of talent issues that affect engagement/turnover intention and that specifically explores the talent management strategies and tactics of high-performing companies
  • Employee Engagement Survey™ - Allows the organization to create an engagement profile of the workforce and assess the extent to which employees see themselves as jobholders, contributors or owners of the organization.
  • TP20™ - Towers Perrin’s most frequently used questions for assessing employee attitudes about their work and the workplace.
  • Employee Attitudes Database - Our central database of employee opinions collected through client engagements over the last three years; includes answers from approximately 400,000 respondents; key industry and other demographic cuts allow for analysis of key items that are proven predictors of employee engagement; updated annually.

  • Total Rewards Alignment Survey™ - A standardized survey assessing how companies’ pay/benefit programs, learning and development opportunities, and work environment features are perceived by employees, whether they are presented in an integrated manner and how they impact the recruiting, retaining and motivating of employees.

Tools for Assessing Culture

  • Culture Profiler™ - An assessment tool used to define both the descriptors of organizational culture (across 10 key dimensions) and the drivers of culture change; allows for comparisons across functions and subsequently forms the basis for dialogue on common characteristics and critical differences. Can be used for merging organizations or changing current culture to desired culture.
  • Values Alignment Map™ - Depicts how an organization speaks its values (versus living them) as it does business, visually represents employee perceptions about broken commitments of the company and a forms a framework for discussing ways to align company actions and stated values.
