Tools for Measuring Engagement
- Talent Management Index™ - A national database that addresses employees’ points of view on a broad range
of talent issues that affect engagement/turnover intention and that specifically
explores the talent management strategies and tactics of high-performing
companies
- Employee Engagement Survey™ - Allows the organization to create an engagement profile of the workforce and
assess the extent to which employees see themselves as jobholders, contributors
or owners of the organization.
- TP20™ - Towers Perrin’s most frequently used questions for assessing employee
attitudes about their work and the workplace.
- Employee Attitudes Database - Our central database of employee opinions collected through client
engagements over the last three years; includes answers from approximately
400,000 respondents; key industry and other demographic cuts allow for analysis
of key items that are proven predictors of employee engagement; updated
annually.

organizations or changing current culture to desired culture.
- Values Alignment Map™ - Depicts how an organization speaks its values (versus living them) as it does

the company and a forms a framework for discussing ways to align company actions
and stated values.
