      Michael Belfatti manages the Tillinghast office in Philadelphia and heads the Enterprise Risk Management practice for the North America property/casualty region. Mr. Belfatti is a graduate of Swarthmore College and Princeton University, and a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

    • Kevin F. Downs

      Kevin F. Downs is a senior consultant with the Tillinghast business of Towers Perrin in Bermuda. He specializes in loss reserve analyses for reinsurers and assists companies in the securitization of property catastrophe risk.     • Brian Heale

      Brian Heale is Product Director for Towers Perrin’s Tillinghast Software Solutions in London. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

    • Francois Morin

      Francois Morin is a principal with Towers Perrin in Hartford. He specializes in risk and capital management and performance measurement for insurers. He has assisted numerous insurers with financial modeling software implementation projects. Mr. Morin is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

      Ian B. Farr is a principal with Towers Perrin’s ERM practice in London and responsible for ERM product development globally. His areas of expertise include risk and capital management and value-based financial reporting. Mr. Farr is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

    • Peter Wright

      Peter Wright is a principal with Towers Perrin in London. He chairs the Tillinghast business of Towers Perrin’s worldwide working party, which is tracking progress of the IASB’s insurance project and European working party monitoring of Solvency II. He specializes in financial reporting and statutory regulation work. Mr. Wright serves as an Ordinary Member of the Council of the Institute of Actuaries.

    • Mike Lombardi

      Mike Lombardi is a managing principal with Towers Perrin in Toronto. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, insurance regulation and financial reporting for multinational insurance companies.     • David Dullaway

      David Dullaway is a principal of Towers Perrin in London. He specializes in the application of market-consistent valuation techniques to pricing, financial management and reporting, corporate valuation, and risk and capital management. Mr. Dullaway is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

      John Fenton is a principal of Towers Perrin in Atlanta and is head of the firm’s North American Life Product Group.     • Michael Freeman

      Michael Freeman is a managing principal of Towers Perrin in Tokyo with responsibility for Tillinghast’s insurance practice in Japan. His areas of expertise include market and product strategy, financial management, product pricing and embedded value assessments. Mr. Freeman is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.

    • Ben Pollard

      Ben Pollard is a consultant with Towers Perrin in London and leads Tillinghast’s variable annuity campaign in the U.K. He has worked with a number of leading U.K. insurers, developing entry strategies to the U.K. VA market. He has experience in the full spectrum of activities required for market entry, from customer proposition development to risk management and regulatory issues.
