Douglas J. Collins is a Principal of Towers Perrin in Bermuda. He has extensive expertise in loss reserving and leads the initiative to expand the firm's capabilities in stochastic reserving. His areas of expertise also include reinsurance, directors and officers liability insurance, and catastrophe risk management. Mr. Collins is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Kevin F. Downs is a senior consultant with the Tillinghast business of Towers Perrin in Bermuda. He specializes in loss reserve analyses for reinsurers and assists companies in the securitization of property catastrophe risk. Mr. Downs is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Ernest Eng is a senior consultant with Towers Perrin in London. He has worked in both investment banking and reinsurance in the area of risk transfer to the capital markets, with a focus on the structuring and distribution of insurance-linked securities and derivatives. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
Cormac Bradley is a senior consultant with the Tillinghast insurance consulting business of Towers Perrin in London. He specializes in loss reserving, risk optimization, capital efficiency for insurers and risk transfer to capital markets. Mr. Bradley holds a master's degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Queen's University Belfast and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the U.K.

Prakash Shimpi is a Practice Leader with Towers Perrin in New York with global responsibility for enterprise risk management (ERM). He was a pioneer in ERM concepts, and has developed alternative risk transfer and risk securitization products bridging the insurance and capital markets. Mr. Shimpi is a Fellow and Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst of the Society of Actuaries and a CFA charterholder.

J. David Dean is a senior consultant with Towers Perrin in Atlanta. He specializes in strategy development and implementation, ERM risk identification and governance, and related organization and planning issues. Mr. Dean is a graduate of Amherst College, with an M.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Emory's Goizueta Business School.
Andrew F. Giffin is a Principal of Towers Perrin in New York and the publisher of Emphasis. He specializes in strategic planning for insurers, enterprise risk management, distribution strategies, M&A transactions and implementation, competitive market analysis, and organization and regulatory issues. Mr. Giffin has J.D. and M.B.A. degrees.

David Dullaway is a Principal of Towers Perrin and leader of Tillinghast's global Economic Capital Initiative. David specializes in risk management, value-based reporting and market-consistent valuation of insurance liabilities. Mr. Dullaway is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
Joe Lebens is a Principal of Towers Perrin in Hartford. He leads Towers Perrin's ERM initiative in North America for property & casualty insurers. Mr. Lebens is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Mark J. Scanlon is a senior consultant with Towers Perrin in New York. He specializes in enterprise risk management, with particular focus on embedded value and economic capital issues. Mr. Scanlon is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries. He is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Steve Taylor-Gooby is a Principal of Towers Perrin and the Managing Director of the Tillinghast business of Towers Perrin. He is responsible for Tillinghast operations worldwide and has expertise in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and restructuring; capital management; and economic value analysis. Mr. Taylor-Gooby is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
