Towers Perrin Capital Markets (TPCM) provides organizations with a range of solutions to help address important financial risk management needs.

Through independent companies based in the United States and the United Kingdom, TPCM assists organizations in evaluating and implementing solutions involving securities and other capital markets instruments that enhance risk management. TPCM will initially provide services in areas such as insurance-linked securities and corporate hedging programs as well as selected risk management and risk transfer services for pension plan sponsors.
